Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
However, in accordance with Regulation 28(3) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Article 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, we cannot accept returns of sealed cosmetic or skincare products that have been unsealed after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons. This exemption applies once the product seal has been broken.
If your item remains fully sealed and unopened, please contact us at support@autarchofficial.com within 14 days of delivery to request a cancellation. We will provide you with a return address upon request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
In some cases, we may process a refund without requiring the physical return of the item, at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand completely behind the quality of our formulations. If your package arrives damaged during transit, leaking, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product allocation, you do not need to ship anything back to us.
Please contact our support desk at support@autarchofficial.com within 14 days of delivery. To process your zero-cost replacement or refund, your email must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photographic evidence of the outer shipping box
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
- The batch code printed on the product bottle
Refunds & Processing
Once our team verifies the transit damage or manufacturing defect via your digital photos, we handle the resolution immediately. Verified issues will be resolved by manufacturing and dispatching a brand-new replacement at zero extra cost to you, handled directly through our fulfilment partner.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including any original shipping fees paid at checkout) will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
