We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

3. Billing and Account Accuracy

You acknowledge that AUTARCH operates via an automated print-on-demand e-commerce infrastructure using certified external fulfilment facilities based in Latvia (EU). By placing an order, you authorize our system to securely transmit the necessary delivery data to our fulfilment partner to manufacture and dispatch your consignment safely to your UK or EU address.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our store are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement, and you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.

6. Allergens, Product Use, and Liability Limitation

While AUTARCH formulations are manufactured using premium, certified organic ingredients, natural components can still trigger personal sensitivities. You acknowledge and agree to review our complete ingredients lists prior to purchase. Customers must execute a standard 24-hour localised patch test before implementing any AUTARCH formulation into their routine.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under any commercial transaction is strictly capped at the purchase price of the specific items or product bundles purchased. Save for the mandatory carve-outs below, we assume no liability for skin irritation, allergic reactions, or adverse events resulting from a failure to patch test, consumer misuse, or personal compound sensitivities, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
